Burlesque Dance for Beginners!

We know you've been waiting! Finally, Capital City Burlesque is excited to bring this intro class to you! 

Join us for a fun and sassy intro to burlesque! Start with basic walks and movements and shimmy through choreography using traditional props such as boas, feather fans, and gloves. Tap into your inner glamour girl in this classy and fun class! Ladies of all fitness levels, ages and body types are welcome!

There is absolutely NO NUDITY in this class. We work in comfortable fitness wear and are barefoot for all classes! Dance in shoes may be introduced based on student interest!
