Call for Acts: Spy VS Spy
Capital City Burlesque invites performing artists from the Edmonton Burlesque Community and beyond to take part in the second instalment of our Burlesque Battle Royale event on Saturday, June 1st at The Mercury Room.
The theme for the evening is Spy VS Spy , & we can't wait to see your take on James Bond, Charlie's Angels, and Austin Powers - just to name a few... and if you can't think of a character, Wikipedia has you covered!
Please remember this is NOT a competition! This is a great opportunity for local performing artists to develop new acts and have fun together as we celebrate our art! Guest performers will receive a set rate - soloists will receive $50 for their act, and small groups (6 or fewer) will receive $75.
