Call for Acts - Canada VS The World - July 6th

Capital City Burlesque invites performing artists from Edmonton and beyond to take part in the next instalment of our Battle Royale event on Saturday, July 6th at The Mercury Room.

We're going to keep the Canada Day celebrations going for another weekend, so we want your best Canadiana! Don't have a Canadian act? Bring us your internationally-inspired acts and play for Team World! 

This is a great opportunity for local performing artists to develop new acts and have fun together as we celebrate our art! Guest performers will receive a set rate - soloists will receive $50 for their act, and small groups (6 or fewer) will receive $75.

Want to participate? Experienced performers are welcome to email their contribution to us at capitalcityburlesque@gmail.com by Saturday, June 15th. Acts are placed on a first-come, first-served basis, so don't miss out! Please include a link to a video of your act or, if you are developing a new act, a video of a previous performance.
